Act With Purpose

Executive coaching and leadership development for leaders navigating decisions, change and complexity.

When it matters ———

When Clarity Matters

Some moments benefit from stepping outside the day-to-day

You may be facing an important decision. Leading through change. Working through competing priorities. Trying to bring a team into alignment. Or dealing with a challenge where there simply isn’t an obvious answer.

The Clarity Project creates a confidential space to step back from the noise, explore different perspectives, challenge assumptions and get clearer about what comes next.

How We Work

Clarity Conversation

A focused one off conversation

Space to step back and think clearly about a specific question, decision or challenge.

1:1 Coaching

Deeper work over time

For people navigating complexity, transition or greater responsibility, whether you’re leading today or stepping into what comes next.

Team Clarity

Team and leadership facilitation

Creating space for different perspectives, better conversations and greater alignment.

Bespoke Partnerships

Work shaped around complex challenges

For organisations where the need doesn’t fit neatly into a single conversation, coaching engagement or team session.

About the founder ———

I’ve seen both sides

of the conversation

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 20 years in business, leadership and entrepreneurship, working internationally with teams, clients and stakeholders from operational leadership through to C-suite level.

That experience shapes how I work — combining a deep understanding of the realities leaders face with the independence, challenge and space to think clearly.

Client experience ———

What my clients say:

“The conversations encouraged me to look more honestly at a situation I had been avoiding. I began to understand the barriers I had created for myself and approach things with greater clarity and confidence”
